Katie Dalebout is the women behind the podcast and book – Let it Out. She is a woman in Wellness, yet she has been on quite a journey with it. She professes to like a Green Juice as much as the next girl, but over the years her approach to wellness has widened and deepened.

As she journeyed through the world of Wellness, Katie also found journaling, and one of the reasons I love her is that she believes that getting to have those real and honest conversations with ourselves is one of the most empowering things we can ever do.

In this episode we talk:

  • How not everything in the Wellness world is always well and good
  • When Wellness can become problematic, and what signs you should be looking for
  • What Orthorexia is
  • How journaling is one of the best tools to get to know ourselves better
  • Why Katie prefers a legal pad to pretty journals when she is letting it all out
  • and so much more.

Katie can be found over at katiedalebout.com. Her book, Let it Out: a Journey through Journaling is on Amazon or other places epically awesome books can be found.

I also mentioned the upcoming release of her Podcasting School. Check back here for a link once it is LIVE.
