Have you ever considered whether you move with the flow of life?

So much of our pain comes from resisting what is.

We struggle against the natural movement and flow in our lives.

We humans don’t like change, and all too often we dig our heels in when life is encouraging us to move with it. We resist the seasons of our lives.

Yet life is ever changing. In big ways and in small.

And it is easier when you practice being flexible rather than rigid.

Don’t fight what is. You have the power to release yourself from the struggle but accepting the trials you face, even when they are not what you want.

Believe that everything is happening for you, not to you. Even when you can’t see it, life gives you everything you need. Believe things are working out for your highest good.

We have the ability to choose the way we look at things. We often underestimate how powerful our minds are.

The truth: when we can let go of our need to control everything, we get the chance to sit back and enjoy the journey.

Are you trying to swim upstream in any areas of your life? Are you forcing and struggling and resisting what is?

This week I have decided to let my resistance against daily life go.

I am dropping the struggle.

I am going with the flow of life.

I have decided to drop the internal struggle and embrace what is.

What can you stop struggling against this week?
