Description of Services

Kate Snowise & Thrive.How, LLC provide coaching services only. Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. I am not a licensed psychologist or health care professional in the USA. I cannot guarantee the outcome of coaching efforts and/or recommendations from my website or blog. These are my expressions of opinion only. By accessing information at and through this site each user waives and releases Kate Snowise to the full extent permitted by law from any and all claims relating to the usage of the material made available through this website. In no event shall Kate Snowise be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from the use of the material.

Billing Policy

Client payments are made in advance of services delivered through the purchase of credits.  Payment processing services for Thrive.How, LLC are provided by PayPal or Satori App and are subject to the PayPal User Agreement or Satori App Terms. By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate a Client for Thrive.How, LLC, you agree to be bound by the PayPal User Agreement. As a condition of Thrive.How, LLC, enabling payment processing services through Paypal or Satori, you agree to provide Thrive.How, LLC accurate and complete information about you and authorize Thrive.How, LLC to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by PayPal.

Refund Policy

Thrive.How, LLC will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 30 days from the date of purchase.  For recurring billing products, returns for one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 30 day return period.  If a client is dissatisfied with work completed, a refund can be requested within 30 days. Any and all material delivered to the client will be returned before a refund is processed.  After 30 days, all sales are final.

If a client requests a refund, the money of the requested transaction is refunded back to the client.  If the refund is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned.  Refund requests for recurring billing must be received within the first 30-day window after the first payment.  A refund on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.

Delivery Policy

Digital products will be accessible within 48 hours of purchase. Other services will be delivered on an as agreed upon basis.

Intellectual Property Policy

Thrive.How, LLC websites contain intellectual property owned by Thrive.How, LLC including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property. You may not under any circumstances, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from distributing, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the www.thrive.how content, in whole or in part without our prior written consent.  We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, and immediately remove your account and/or access to www.thrive.how, including any products or services offered through the site, without refund, if you are suspected of violating this intellectual property policy.
