Do you know you need to up your game when it comes to making some time for you? It’s for people just like you that I have decided to launch this free 21 Day Self-Care Challenge.

If you’d like to read a little more about the importance of self-care and how you can make time for you, read the blog I had published on just that recently on the Huffington Post – How to Find the Time to Take Care of Yourself.

This challenge won’t be prescriptive. Rather I hope this will serve as a kick-start to many of you prioritizing your well-being and get you into the habit of regularly practicing self-care.

The intention is that you will commit to practicing one small action of self-care per day for the duration of the challenge. Just like I mentioned in my blog, I encourage people to start small when it comes to self care. I will be sending you an email every morning for 21-days with innovative, creative and super easy ways to practice self-care that day. The daily email will only provide you with suggestions…what you do is up to you.
