In this episode I cover 5 simple and easy little suggestions that will help you start your day off on the right foot.

If we start the day off well, we are primed for the rest of the day to flow and be positive.

These are small and simple ideas. They aren’t time consuming suggestions. I’m a Mama, and not a morning person, so things being simple to achieve in the morning is important to me. Each of these suggestions will only takes a moment.

  • Make Your Bed
  • Read a Positive Affirmation, Quote or Thought
  • Center Yourself
  • Sunshine
  • Music
  • No Technology

My hope is that you will find these suggestions easy things to make into new, helpful and positive habits.
